Project Description

Led by Jensen Projects, this group of Private Investors are local to the Eastern Suburbs and were seeking investment opportunities in the area.

From a development perspective this site presented a myriad of planning challenges which needed to be overcome in order to make the development possible and financially viable.

Jensen worked closely and transparently with our team of investors, consultants and other various stakeholders to create a strategy and implement it in such a way that the best and highest residential use could be achieved on this unique site.

Once the development was approved the Jensen Project Build Team worked intimately with renowned Eastern Suburbs architect, Mark Shapiro Architects, as well our own Interior Designers to closely develop the construction documentation ensuring every detail was considered and the prestigious project was as buildable as practically possible.

Key Challenges
  • Coordinating structure and services closely to ensure maximum ceiling heights.
  • Creating a construction methodology to eliminate the need to lengthy crane hire and the associated costs.
  • Creating a premium basement garage that more closely resembles the lobby of a premium hotel.
