Jensen provided feedback during the purchasing process to ensure our client’s goal of repositioning the property in a rapid timeframe was possible.
In order to effectively meet the demand of the astute Surry Hills buyer, Jensen worked closely with the client to develop a refined design that celebrated the building’s heritage but incorporate all the contemporary conveniences one would expect.
- Structural reconfiguration of the building to create a seamless indoor-outdoor entertaining area.
- Altering the layout of this three story terrace to incorporate 2 additional bathrooms without altering the floorplate and avoiding a lengthy council approval process.
- Reviving the heritage fireplaces and chimneys to bring back their old world charm.
Working with Jesse, Lochie and Victoria on our residential investment project in Surry Hills, was a dream. It was the first time working with Jensen and it could not have gone any better.
