Tyres4U is an Australian owned and operated organisation specialising in the import and distribution of tyres. Supplying major government and private fleets across multiple sectors as well as over 100 retail outlets, Tyres4U is a market leader in the Asia Pacific region.
After being housed together for several decades, Tyres4U identified the need to separate Head Office divisions from their existing warehouse and operations in Ashfield.
By building a clear framework of Tyres4U’s requirements, Jensen worked to develop a detailed design focussed on business functions and a re- invigorated corporate culture. The new layout takes advantage of the natural light and aspect overlooking North Sydney by creating open plan workspaces and a glazed meeting room core.
- Coordinating landlord makegood works with the new fitout to eliminate unnecessary works.
- Creating a contemporary layout to replace a previously dated space.
- Achieving privacy with an open plan via strategic use of planting and décor screens.
Working with Jensen Projects was a pleasure throughout the entire project. Jensen were responsible for the office layout which was designed to suit Tyres 4 U’s specific needs including large storage spaces, open meeting rooms and multiple break out and kitchen areas. Jensen worked harmoniously with us, developing the design and incorporating changes as the project progressed. The team from Jensen communicated effectively and responded efficiently to any questions that arose both during the scheduled site meetings and at all times. The project finished on time and within budget and we are very pleased with the final result.
