Project Description
Balmain Village Health (BVH) was established in order to provide the highest level of healthcare, tailored specifically to the local community.
Working collaboratively with MorrisCo Design during the ECI phase meant Jensen were able to identify potential complications often found in heritage buildings.
Strong upfront planning, procurement and subcontractor relationships resulted in this warm and inviting medical fitout being completed in just 7 weeks.

- Developing mechanical solution for reconfiguration rather than costly replacement
To their credit, Jensen resolved several complex design issues resulting from the heritage building which saved us cost, liaised effectively with the certifier to our benefit and had the energy and drive to work to a tight timeframe.
