JLAB Investments is a property manager & developer who have established themselves with an iconic portfolio of projects throughout the Eastern Suburbs & Sydney CBD. After acquiring a new space in the heart of Double Bay, JLAB required a fitout which was both competitively priced and had a look & feel to match the trendy Transvaal Ave streetscape. Jensen worked closely with JLAB and were able to draw on our intimate knowledge of materiality and office trends which led to a stylish and contemporary space, delivered on time & within budget.
Key Challenges
- Services reticulation within an exposed ceiling design
- Designing a lighting layout which was both minimalistic, stylish & effective
- High level of detail & quality in keeping with JLAB’s image
