Comprising a team of proactive, dynamic, and self-driven accountants, Logicca boasts top level expertise in audit, taxation, superannuation, estate planning, business services, accounting, corporate secretarial and bookkeeping.

Aligned with the vision of 151 Macquarie Street owners to undertake a significant refurbishment of the entire commercial building, long-time tenants Logicca seized the opportunity to rejuvenate their own office space. Opting to relocate to level 9, they embarked on a contemporary fit-out project designed to celebrate the stunning views of Sydney Harbour.

In close collaboration with senior management at Logicca, the Jensen team concentrated on a design that celebrated the inherent features of the space, including its remarkable views and abundance of natural light. The Jensen delivery team seamlessly coordinated with the base build contractor to ensure the tenancy fit-out was completed in tandem with the overarching building upgrade.

Key Challenges
  • Representing Logicca’s best interests during negotiations to ensure maximum incentives and no wasted scope was carried out by the base builder.
  • Considerate floorplanning using glazing to ensure views were maximised across C-Suite offices and general workstation areas.
  • Shared access to lift and loading zone which required careful consultation and scheduling with the base builder.
