Project Description

Prism Facades are considered to be one of Australia’s most creative facade design and engineering practice.

Due to rapid expansion, Prism Facades engaged Jensen to deliver the fitout of their new larger office space within a 100 year old Victorian style building in the heart of Sydney’s CBD.

The design by Llewela Griffith Architecture (LGA) studio uniquely meshes the existing heritage building features with stunning contemporary office interiors showcasing indirect lighting, custom joinery and steel framed glazing suites. Jensen worked seamlessly with all parties to deliver the fitout swiftly and efficiently.

Key Challenges
  • Extensive after hours works to minimise disturbance to neighbouring tenants.
  • Refurbishing existing timber floorboards and pressed metal ceiling to return them to original condition.
  • Coordinating and sizing deliveries to fit in the small heritage lift shaft.
We engaged Jensen Projects to deliver the fitout of our new office space within a 100 year old Victorian style heritage building in the Sydney CBD. The fitout had been designed with a clean palette of colours, with some deceptively complex details and materials, which needed to mesh into the existing building fabric and interiors. Jenson were extremely helpful throughout the design and fitout process, and were quick to respond to phone calls and emails. The Jensen team and their subcontractors were all of a high standard and carried out all of the work quickly and thoroughly. We are delighted with the final result, which looks superb. We would not hesitate to use Jensen again in the future, and would happily recommend them to others.
