Project Description
Elcom help organisations build personal, world class website, intranet, portal, learning management and digital workplace solutions.
Due to the impending demolition of the Australian Technology Park, Elcom eyed an opportunity to secure a sub-lease of a light-filled space with beautiful views of Sydney Harbour in Woolloomooloo.
Jensen was responsible for design and budget development to support Elcom in finalising lease negotiations and moving into their new office space.
Key Challenges
- Layouts were designed to utilise existing lighting and air conditioning services to minimise fit out costs
- Carried out landlord works and tenant works concurrently to fast track fit out
- Liased between head lessee and Elcom to ensure clear delineation of works
"Elcom was on a tight 5 week programme with a fixed in move in date to the new office. Jensen was able to build the office and achieve practical completion within programme and budget. We are happy with the outcome of the project."
