Whilst their existing office space reflected their grass roots origins in textile manufacturing, Standard Universal Group of Companies has become a significant player in the Australian commercial and industrial property landscape.
The Directors identified that Standard Universal’s proactive approach to re-positioning, growing and adding value to their real estate portfolio needed to be reflected in the company’s HQ.
Jensen’s design team presented a floorplate and moodboard which celebrated the company’s unique and humble history whilst also developing a functional, sophisticated and contemporary space which would service the organisation for many decades to come.
Our project team ensured a high quality and timely project handover which honored the design intent.

Jensen Projects were engaged to deliver refurbishment of our existing office space in Botany. Jensen’s design team presented an impressive floorplan and concept board which concurrently meshed our company’s history with a functional, sophisticated and contemporary space. The execution by the Jensen team and their skilled subcontractors was efficient and meticulous. We are absolutely thrilled with the final result which looks superb and we would not hesitate to use Jensen again in the future.
