Project Description
Working closely with the Colliers leasing team to understand city fringe commercial leasing requirements, this project included design development and space planning that could provide various tenancy split options for the property owner.
Works included sub dividing the over 2000sqm floor plate, a complete mechanical infrastructure upgrade, complex needling and structural opening works, new amenities and breakout areas.
The above scope along with the beautifully polished concrete floors, exposed services and timber structure successfully led to the leasing of two out of the four tenancies prior to works being completed.
