Elizabeth Machines supply a comprehensive selection of high quality industrial sewing machines and machines catering towards all textile manufacturing processes, with models from all the top international brands.
EM’s existing industrial unit was dated and not fit for purpose. Upgraded finishes and a layout suitable for functional use was needed including a front of house that was client facing to showcase their product range and a back of house that was functional for maintenance, storage and repairs.
Jensen rapidly re-designed the space while concurrently costed the construction works and obtained relevant approvals to enable expedited occupancy of the new space.
Key Challenges
- Expediting the entire project timeframe as EM’s lease in their existing space was due to expire.
- Creating a design solution that met the client's budget constraints.
- Working night shifts to ensure tight time frame was met.
