Project Description
Jensen Projects long term client Standard Universal recently acquired an industrial complex at 2 Percival Road Smithfield.
Working closely with Colliers Industrial Team, the client developed the strategy of subdividing the originally enormous complex into smaller industrial tenancies.
Jensen Projects was tasked with the refresh of two of the subdivided warehouse spaces, which involved a strip out and cosmetic upgrade, as well as new mechanical and lighting services.
Key Challenges
- Developing cost effective specifications of services and finishes
- Safely removing unforseen asbestos within the tight timeframe
- Re-utilising existing facade cladding as part of the reconfiguration of the openings
