Whilst finalising Makegood negotiations, Orlani Property Group (OPG), a privately owned Sydney based property company and Fastway Couriers reached out to Jensen Projects to provide budget and program advice in relation to Makegood commitments.
Jensen’s current client, Fastway Couriers was seeking to minimise the duration of Makegood works and the associated rental payments, which were initially advised as an 8-12 week program.
On the back of a successful fast track delivery of Fastway Courier’s new fit-out, Jensen was tasked with the enormous responsibility to deliver a rapid industrial Makegood. This mammoth task included thousands of square meters of floor grinding, high pressure cleaning, painting, line marking removal, and renewed office spaces (1200 SQM) and ceilings. All within a 3 week program meaning that Fastway’s rental obligations were reduced dramatically.
