Project Description
With our current office earmarked for the development of two new Queens Park Residences Jensen found a new premise which had plenty of potential but needed careful planning and delivery to create a new home for our growing team.
Carefully balancing our ethos of warmth, playfulness and ideation, our new street corner office takes advantage of the natural light streaming into all work zones. The calm and contemporary finishes flow through our funky breakout area, into our calming retreat room and state of the art boardroom.
Key Challenges
- Providing numerous work zones to meet all business requirements whilst creating a feeling of spaciousness.
- Several iterations of space planning to ensure appropriate circulation around the feature ping pong table.
- Internal negotiations for required space allocation.
