An enterprise merging public and private expertise and resources based in Sydney’s CBD required a contemporary overhaul of their existing office space. The vision adopted an open-plan office design to boost capacity and incentivise employees to spend more of their time in the CBD office environment instead of continuing remote work after years of Covid disruption.
Jensen Projects collaborated closely throughout an intensive two-week initial design phase whilst concurrently providing pricing feedback to enable rapid decision making in line with budget constraints. Throughout the design phase, Jensen closely collaborated with all stakeholders and external consultants to ensure that construction could commence promptly upon approval of the design.
- Tight timeline required rostering day and night shifts and meticulous planning.
- Challenging and demanding materials handling due to central CBD location and limited access.
- Substantial exterior roof terrace waterproofing and tiling works required staging around inclement weather conditions.
