Over the past 30 years they have built a strong reputation for delivering reliable, innovative, and locally supported solutions serving hundreds of organisations across various sectors.
With a long term view of expansion, Intech purchased the neighbouring tenancy on their floor to accommodate their growing organisation. Jensen Projects were tasked with combining the dated tenancies and designing a fitout to meet Intech’s future needs.
The new contemporary and inviting workplace encourages staff to spend more time in the office as well as showcases the company’s professionalism and capability when collaborating with clients and other stakeholders.
- Balancing organisational priorities of individuals and teams to ensure easy communication and collaboration but also privacy and storage.
- Construction of a sealed server room was a priority to allow for continuous operation of their servers throughout the entirety of the project.
- A two phase project timeline was erected to allow for continuous work and no server downtime throughout the construction.
