Project Description
Forum Specialists is founded by Dr Priyanka Sud and Dr Rahul Sud, leading cardiac and kidney specialists respectively.
Having outgrown their previous practice, the duo purchased a new space in the Italian Forum.
The new purpose built practice has an inviting reception area with a beautiful green wall and natural timbers to welcome new patients.
Key Challenges
- Maintaining progress through Covid lockdowns throughout the project.
- Managing and coordinating with multiple stakeholders, including body corporate, strata and neighbouring tenants to obtain all relevant approvals.
- Utilising existing services such as plumbing and mechanical points to reduce the overall construction cost.
