Project Description
Bankstown Oral Surgery & Sydney Jaw Surgery is home to Dr. Samuel Kim & Dr. James Kim, specialist oral & maxillofacial surgeons that have partnered to offer treatments ranging from dental implant surgery and wisdom tooth removal to corrective jaw surgery.
Due to their incredibly busy schedules, the surgeons tasked Jensen with not only designing & constructing the space but also assisting in finalising lease negotiations.
Whilst representing the agenda of the surgeons, Jensen proactively managed the communications between all stakeholders to ensure that all approvals we in place, favourable, and agreed upon, leading to a well-executed fit-out.
Key Challenges
- Ensuring clear, consistent & open communication with two busy surgeons working around the clock
- Assisting with lease negotiations & scoping landlord works
- Liaising with neighbouring tenants to obtain approvals to reticulate pipework through their tenancies
