A consortium of non governmental organisations (NGOs) working together in connecting the needs of the local community whilst touching every demographic and age group.
Needing to find a new home quickly, this group of organisations approached Jensen to assist with layout planning prior to lease agreement which involved finding a location where they could all work independently but at the same time share common facilities such as kitchens, utilities and boardrooms.
Involved in the design phase from the beginning, Jensen worked with the various businesses to ensure everyone’s needs were met. Jensen liaised and coordinated consultants, authorities and building management to ensure smooth project delivery and relocation.
- Stakeholder management whilst considering each businesses brand identity.
- Logistical challenges due to being in a high traffic business area.
- Delivering one central IT and Internet system that was large enough and capable of withstanding intel for all companies without compromising connectivity and speed.
