After acquiring the neighbouring apartment, the private owners wanted to create a grand holiday apartment for family and friends to enjoy.
Prior to construction, Jensen worked closely with the consultant team to develop an acoustic solution which enabled a tile floor with almost no sound transmission to the below apartments.
Jensen’s team of quality tradesmen and supervisors worked to deliver the beautiful detailing which showcased some of Australia’s most beautiful materials.

Jensen Projects have just completed, for us, the difficult project of combining two units into one on the 7th floor of a block of 22 units with only one lift access. They had to demolish walls, remove all waste, soundproof the floors, construct new bathrooms, kitchen and living space and install all new timber doors, a timber roof and level and tile all floors. This was all done without inconveniencing the other tenants in the building. The whole site always remained clean and tidy through the demolition and construction. The quality of the joinery and general workmanship throughout was first class. Regular site meetings were held which ensured the continued progress of the job and any matters raised were attended to promptly. We were totally satisfied with every aspect of the project and will certainly use them when next we have a need.
