These luxury semi-detached homes showcased an impressive aesthetic with a generous layout. Jensen Projects was initially appointed through a collaborative and transparent Early Contractor Involvement (ECI) phase after the Private Developers received quotes which far exceeded their budget. Strong savings and improved build quality were achieved during a 2 month phase which included:
– Extensive geotechnical testing resulting in a complete shoring redesign and the introduction of a vastly improved basement drainage solution.
– Strong market coverage combined with in depth procurement to refine scope & tighten trade pricing.
