Project Description

With a rapidly growing portfolio, Centennial Property Group is an independent property manager which invests alongside its clients to capitalise on assets whose full potential has not yet been realised.

CPG engaged Jensen Projects to revitalise a tired lift lobby and a newly vacant tenancy. The brief was to carry out a make good and spec fitout on Level 2 as well as a custom designed lobby refurbishment.

The resulting space exhibits a contemporary flair created by contrasting earthy timbers with floor to ceiling glass lift lobbies. The value added to the building is evident in the recent sale which delivered strong returns to CPG and its investors.

Key Challenges
  • Carrying out lobby refurbishment in a live environment.
  • A detailed circular cut into an existing tiled floor enabling a timber floor to be laid flush with the adjacent tiles.
  • Procurement of alternative floor finishes and timber screens to meet time and cost constraints during project.
