Control Risks approached Jensen Projects seeking to transform the way in which day to day operations are carried out. The solution involved opening up the tenancy by removing dividing offices encouraging the building’s inherent features such as natural light and signature views to be shared throughout the space. Trendy breakout spaces provide a warm environment for teamwork and collaboration whilst a series of acoustically treated private rooms ensure the required discretion is available when necessary. The timber screen and plant wall provide a natural solution for privacy concerns in the open plan environment.
