1st City Real Estate Group is Sydney’s most respected specialist in ultra-luxury and high-end property — uniting project sales, prestige resales, and property management under one trusted brand.
Whilst having a strong reputation in the Eastern Suburbs, 1st City principals Rob Fox and Sean Jacobson identified the need to have a stand alone office space focused on servicing the Rose Bay and surrounding suburbs. Jensen was tasked with ensuring the design of the new refined space reflected the high level of quality and warmth of the many properties represented by the agency.
Jensen delivered the custom fitout in a quick eight week timeframe to allow a sooner move in date for the very excited clients.
Key Challenges
- Unique triangular curved tenancy required collaboration and exploration of several layout options to achieve the most ideal design.
- Custom curved joinery and elements softened the space to make it more inviting and user friendly.
- Coordination of deliveries and trade access in conjunction with neighbouring site construction.
We engaged Jensen Projects to deliver our new 1st City Real Estate office fitout in Rose Bay from a basic shell. Rael, Jesse, Adam and the design team were a delight to deal with and made the entire process streamlined, from the initial concept of design to each stage of the construction.
