Project Description
The Women’s International Zionist Organization is a not-for-profit international movement dedicated to the advancement of the status of women, welfare for all sectors of Israeli society, and encouragement of Jewish education in Israel and in the Diaspora.
Jensen developed a cost effective design to convert the existing space which was being used for commercial purposes, into a comfortable and contemporary home aimed at attracting a long-term rental income stream. A rapid turnaround was required with robust, low-maintenance finishes that ensured the property could get onto the market and generate annuity income for the organisation.
