Project Description
The Salvation Army Australia (TSA) is an international charity that focuses on giving hope where it’s needed most.
TSA’s HQ in Redfern had underutilised space on level 4 which presented opportunity to generate rental income.
Jensen presented subdivision plan options as well as carried out warm shell works to make the space attractive to prospective incoming tenants.
All of this was a great success with the whole floor having now been leased.
Key Challenges
- Upgrade fire services to comply with the new layout.
- Overcoming strict compliance requirements of large office tenancy subdivision.
- Provide a new sewer and water line in a short time-frame.
