Project Description
Jensen was engaged by Building Owner, Kingsmede to develop an innovative layout which suited the triangular office space and generated leasing interest. We provided a competitive cost plan for a total turnkey solution including everything from design & certification through to building works & furnishing. We soon met with incoming tenant Forex.com to refine the design ensuring spacial and functional objectives were achieved.
