Eva Burrows College (EBC) exists to encourage and empower for life, mission, and service through their nationally recognised and accredited courses.
As the National Learning Centre of the Salvation Army, they offer education and training that ranges from professional development, vocational training, officership, and higher education.
EBC Head Office required a larger space due to growing demand and improved offering. The Parramatta Corps recently went through a base building refurbishment and the space was picked as a perfect location for EBC’s new home.
After a competitive tender process Jensen were nominated as the preferred principal contractor. Working closely with TSA’s property division and the Northrop consultant team, Jensen delivered the high-end spec fitout to strict design parameters and expectations.
- Custom Tassie Oak doors required carefully onsite coordination due to tight tolerances.
- Existing site conditions required mechanical / aircon redesign during early stages of the project whilst maintaining the original delivery program.
- Neighbouring tenancies required all noisy works to be conducted out of hours with close coordination with TSA Corps.
