Employment Plus was established as an agency in 1998 by The Salvation Army to deliver on their aim of helping people to find work that supports their wellbeing and benefits the community.
The Salvation Army was tasked with rolling out new Employment Plus centres nationwide as part of their ongoing local community commitments.
Jensen Projects offered an expedited construction program and handover date to meet requirements to obtain government rebates. Using Jensen’s intimate knowledge of the building and The Salvo’s operational requirements we fast tracked the design, pricing and delivery of the project.
Key Challenges
- Extensive out of hour noisy works due to neighbouring tenants.
- Expedited program including seamless transition from base-build works in to fit out.
- Redesign of mechanical system and installation methodology during construction due to building DA constraints.
