Royal Hotels Group is a family run and operated business, creating the ultimate community pubs. RHG’s aspire to create venues where people come together for good times, great food, delicious beverages, to celebrate significant moments and everything else in between.
After 2 years of complete remote working the management team at RHG decided to bring back a physical office space for the staff to work in close proximity. This helped foster informal idea sharing, collaboration and a unified team culture and vision.
A rapid design and construct turn around from the Jensen team ensured a practical layout and a contemporary aesthetic to support RHG’s future growth plans.
Key Challenges
- Creating a contemporary, practical and cost effective floorplan to meet the business requirements.
- Procurement of work stations and furniture prior to site start to fast track the fitout works.
- Reusing the existing air conditioning to suit the new office layout.
