Project Description

With extensive water damage, roof leaks, collapsed ceilings and improper cavity wall construction, Jensen were engaged to tackle the remediation works and design a brand new renovation of this free standing Bellevue Hill home.

Jensen’s interior design team and construction team were able to work closely together to meet the clients budget for the works, whilst creating a beautiful space for the clients and a water tight home.

We especially love the luxurious and tranquil impression the Marrakesh plaster surrounding the fireplace shroud and powder room provides.

Key Challenges
  • Investigating and rectifying all of the water ingress and remediation works.
  • Thorough and well articulated design including 3D modelling allowed for clearly conveying of the design vision to the client.
  • In time cost analysis of design to effectively make decisions and meet budget.
We had a great experience with the Jensen Team for our home renovation! They were super collaborative from start to finish, ensuring that we were always in the loop and comfortable with every decision. Their transparency made the whole process smooth, and they proved to be great problem solvers, handling unexpected challenges with ease. A special shout out to Gus, who was meticulous and incredibly detail-oriented. His, Jesse and Sam’s dedication to getting every aspect just right truly made a difference. We couldn't be happier with the results and highly recommend the Jensen Team!
