Approval of the  Jensen Projects Luxury Apartment Development on Victoria Road in Bellevue Hill.

It has been a challenging and rewarding process, working closely with Mark Shapiro Architects, GSA Town Planners, Woollahra Council and neighbouring property owners.

The four luxury apartments boast oversized living areas. Ground Floor apartments open seamlessly to gardens and private pools. The penthouses have level balconies ready for entertaining as well as a generously proportioned parents retreat.

Jensen is implementing a range of energy efficient solutions: solar and battery power storage, grey water systems and passive thermal measures.
