Project Description
TEC-LED Lighting has been at the forefront of LED lighting since its introduction to the Australian market over 15 years ago. In collaboration with TEC-LED’s lighting designers, Jensen recreated an existing mechanic workshop into a refined industrial space incorporating a showroom, office and factory floor.
Key Challenges
- Systematic and safe demolition of existing structural blockwork walls.
- Intricate ceiling and bulkhead construction to showcase cutting edge LED lighting.
- Proactive resolution of design and construction detailing to meet TEC-LED’s rigid program requirements
