Project Description
The Independent Hearing Centre (IHC) is a Sydney based audiologist that provides life changing treatment to those with hearing difficulties.
Due to the nature of a hearing clinic, it was essential to acoustically insulate the clinic rooms from all external noise and reverberations.
After extensive research, the Jensen team were able to procure and implement an acoustic solution which incorporated a self-adhesive sound proofing membrane.

- Understanding the new regulations imposed by the new Building Practitioners Act.
- Acoustically insulating the practice from external noise and reverberations.
- Strict construction measures and procedures were incorporated in response to COVID-19.
It was a delight working with Jensen Projects. They were able to help us navigate through the new laws and CDC process for Class 2 buildings. The end result was a beautiful new fit out in Double Bay. We were most impressed with their attention to detail and work ethic.
