Wildflower Holistic Services was created from a desire to generate sustainable solutions and practice child healthcare in a way that felt authentic, holistic, nurturing, and promoted all areas of wellness -the mind, body and spirit. From child psychological services and occupational therapy to sensory workshops and art therapy Wildflower encourages uniqueness and individuality.
In a bid to meet the growing local demand for their services, Wildflower leased a new larger premises which required an extensive fitout to make it fit for purpose to provide their specialised services.
Jensen were successful during a competitive tender for valued Clientside Project Management firm Toombs and Toombs. Jensen carried out the project on a D&C basis working closely with project stakeholders to develop ‘For Construction’ documentation and successfully deliver the specialised space.
- First floor slab had extensive deflection and Jensen developed a lightweight screed solution to achieve a level floor.
- Minimising noise disturbance to ensure neighbours who shared common walls could continue business operations.
- Developing piling methodology to achieve suitable bearing capacity for new lift core.
I really appreciated Jensen’s approachability and willingness to address all of my concerns, as well as bring our vision to light.
