Project Description

Standard Universal is a privately owned Australian commercial and industrial property group that owns and manages real estate.

After working closely with Jensen Projects over several years to upgrade tenancies within the former Surry Hills textile mill it became clear the street-level foyer no longer reflected the quality of the revitalised suites above. An upgrade was essential to improve street appeal and reposition the asset in line with its evolving tenant profile.

Warm, earthy tones, raw materials, and specialty painted feature walls bring contrast and depth, establishing a welcoming arrival that aligns with the renewed identity of the building.

Key Challenges
  • Gathering industry feedback to ensure we designed to meet the current market demand.
  • Create a finished space that would enhance street appeal and support the building’s evolving leasing strategy.
