Project Description
After Jensen was engaged to construct the new balconies of the exterior of the building, a homeowner approached Jensen to discuss the potential renovation of his existing apartment in the building.
Jensen was engaged for the ECI process which involved the management of structural engineers, private certifiers and strata all while Jensen produced inhouse documentation drawings for the renovation.
Once the ECI process concluded Jensen provided the client with competitive and comprehensive pricing and proceeded with construction.
